OxleyAC Services pricing represents “Pricing From” as a standard installation. Non-standard installation pricing will be based on your individual installation requirements and will need to be quoted separately by our Sales Team. Pricing does not represent new builds or replacement installations. Pricing is within 20km from our Port Macquarie office. All other areas to be quoted.

Electrical requirements vary from home to home. In some cases, a dedicated circuit may be required to meet AS 3000 wiring codes, safety standards, and the property’s existing electrical load. If a dedicated circuit is needed, this will be an additional cost outside the standard pricing.

Wall Split Air Conditioner Installation Inclusions:
  • Single story (lowset) home with back to back installation, maximum of 3m pipe run.
  • Outdoor unit mounted on the ground.
  • Materials included in price: 1 capping, 1 Med polyslab base, 1 set of Rubber Feet, 1 Isolator, 1 electrical material 2.5hrs Electrical, 1 Other materials.
All pricing is strictly for single phase power and for residential systems. Please contact our team about 3-phase and commercial systems.

Ducted Air Conditioner Installation Inclusions:

  • Pricing includes an existing single story (lowset) home, adequate ceiling access.
  • Outdoor unit mounted on the ground.
  • Power run up to 22m.
  • Ducting includes 24m of 250mm flex, 18m of 300mm flex, 12m of 350mm flex, 24m of 400mm flex with up to 5 Duct Fittings.
